Alice for Children - Twins International

Since 2006, Alice for Children has been working in the Nairobi slums surrounding the Dandora landfill and among the Maasai communities at the foot of Kilimanjaro to change the destiny of girls and boys who are born into contexts of extreme poverty, often marked by abuse and exploitation.
We accompany them on a journey that we call From Slum to Job: an educational journey that starts in kindergarten and goes all the way to entry into the world of work, thanks to two Academies of excellence-one Italian Cooking and one Digital-that offer concrete, high-level vocational training with an eye to the future.
Every day we take care of more than 4,000 boys and girls, offering education, care, nutrition and, above all, a chance: to become conscious, competent adults, capable of building their own tomorrow.
