LUSSO GENTILE a tailor made private coaching session for the CEO or DIRECTOR of the company and his top management for up to 6 participants.

The main task of the Leader is to create a vision and to help people understand, defend and achieve it. Being a Manager means working to ensure that everything is done correctly - or, rather, “well", and that's a complicated day-to-day challenge. A fundamental role that translates a vision into projects and lines of action.

The experience is to be carried out within one year of auction closing, upon reservation and subject to the availability of Lusso Gentile, in a city that will be provided to the winner.

The Cause

The Fondazione G. e D. De Marchi ETS works on the following fronts:

Global assistance for children and their families via multidisciplinary teams that provide medical and psychosocial support;

Research incentives in the form of scholarships/grants for young medical doctors;

Purchase of medical treatment devices to improve patient care; Training and refresher courses for medical, nursing and psychosocial personnel assisting children;

Assistance from volunteers who entertain children in the Pediatric Oncology ward;

Restructuring and furnishing of inpatient and day hospital wards for accommodating families in a warm, comfortable setting;

Organization and financing of therapeutic vacations for our patients, assisted by medical and paramedical personnel;

Organization of recreational activities during the year.
