Description:
- Obverse: The tricolor shield and the Napoli team shield side by side, overlapping a stylized stadium; at the top, "1989-1990"; around the edge, "NAPOLI CAMPIONE D'ITALIA."
- Reverse: The S.S. Calcio Napoli logo placed within the head of a large number "2," symbolizing the number of championships won by the club; at the bottom, the names of the players, the coach, the sporting director, and the president of the champion team.
