LFC LEGENDS CHILD MASCOT EXPERIENCE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This auction experience is provided by LFC Foundation, an independent charity registered in England & Eales with the charity commission, charity number: 1096572. Registered Office: Anfield Road, Liverpool, England L4 0TH (the “Foundation”).
A child’s (“Child”) participation as a mascot is subject to the terms and conditions set out below (the “Terms”). By purchasing this experience, you understand and agree to be bound by the Terms.
Eligibility
1. This gift is valid for the Chelsea vs. Liverpool Legends Match on October 11, 2025, at Stamford Bridge, Fulham Road, London SW6 1HS (the “Match Day”).
2. In order to be eligible to act as a mascot, your Child must be between the ages of 6 and 12 on the date of the Match Day.
3. Participation as a mascot is accessible for all children.
Notification to participate
4. If the Child is no longer able to attend the Match Day, please inform us immediately. The Foundation will be unable to reschedule this experience for the child.
5. All LFC Foundation FC fixtures are subject to change. The Foundation shall notify you of any changes to the date and time of a Match Day as soon as practicably possible.
6. The Foundation will contact you using the contact details you have provided when signing up to Charity Stars. It is your responsibility to ensure that these details are accurate and up-to-date. Any changes to your contact details should be notified to us immediately. The Foundation cannot accept any responsibility for any failure or inability to contact you as a result of your contact details being incomplete or inaccurate.
On the day
7. Prior to Match Day, you will be required to submit the parental consent form which can be provided to you upon request.
8. The form will ask you to consent to the use of the Child’s image for broadcast footage and photography and will provide information in relation to the processing of the Child’s personal data.
9. You will also be required to provide details of the Child’s medical conditions, disability, dietary requirements and allergies on the form. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate and complete. To the extent permitted by law, neither the LFC Foundation or Chelsea Football Club Holdings Limited (“Chelsea”) will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or the Child arising from your failure to provide full and accurate details of the information requested.
10. On Match Day, you must ensure that:
a) the Child arrives at the relevant venue at least 150 minutes prior to the scheduled kick-off time (or any such time which is notified to you in advance by the Foundation).
b) the Child is already fully dressed in the LFC kit that will be provided. They must wear their own trainers.
c) the Child is aware that he/she must follow reasonable instructions given by the Foundation, Chelsea or any third party staff.
11. During the Match Day, the Child must be accompanied by you or another responsible adult approximately 75 minutes prior to kick-off. All staff responsible for supervising the mascots during on the Match Day will be DBS-checked.
12. As part of the experience, you shall be entitled to receive 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket for the Match Day, so that the Child and two accompanying chaperones can attend the Match Day. Seats for accompanying chaperones are located in LFC away fan sections located in LFC visitors section at Stamford Bridge.
13. Additional tickets must be purchased directly through Liverpool FC’s official channels in the away visitors section subject to availability
14. You must ensure that you and all ticketholders comply with Chelsea’s general ticketing policies which can be found here: https://www.chelseafc.com/en/tickets---membership/ticket-information/general-admission/policies-documents?cid=conditionsofissue.
15. If the Child falls ill or gets an injury during the Match Day, a member of Foundation staff shall inform you or any other accompanying chaperones as soon as possible using the emergency contact details provided by you. In the event of a medical emergency, you consent to the Child receiving any necessary and urgent medical attention if our first aid team consider it to be absolutely necessary.
16. You will be responsible for all expenses incurred in relation to the Child’s participation in the Match Day, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
Liability and reservation of rights
17. The Foundation and Chelsea and its subsidiaries shall not be held liable for any loss or damage howsoever caused suffered to the Child or accompanying chaperoness or spectators arising directly or indirectly from the Child’s participation in the Match Day save where such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
18. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse the participation of the Child in the Match Day where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms.
Cannot be re-sold or re-auctioned.
The right to withdrawal is not available for this experience.
There is a reserve price on this item and it will be retracted if the winning bid does not reach the reserve price.
